"Neighborhoods are Our City"
The Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition is composed of
representatives from over 20 individual associations meeting monthly to address
issues of interest to homeowners. As such we are a network to share concerns and
work out solutions together. The principle focus is Clearwater City Government,
but also includes Pinellas County issues as well.
The
Coalition dates back to the 1970’s and has been continuously active since
1985. We have a long history of
addressing the City and County Commission on issues relevant to residents.
The Coalition publishes a monthly newsletter for all members.
In our role of networking information for residents we have established an email distribution list for our members. List members automatically receive copies of email addressed to the list. To join, send your request to clearwater@newpobox.com stating your name, email address and homeowner affiliation. Members of all homeowner associations affiliated with the CNC are invited to join our email distribution list.
Current Development: Whether your association chooses to belong to CNC or not, we ask that you mail or email a list of your current officers and directors that we can pass along to the Neighborhood Services Director for Clearwater. For an annual membership in the Coalition send $40 ($25 if you have no more than 25 homeowners) and a list of your association’s officers to the above address. Your association should designate a primary and alternate representative to the Coalition.
